About Us
W. A. Lee is an independent prison consultant. He was employed by the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) from July 1995 through March 2022. With over 26 years of experience, have served in many capacities. Following his retirement in April 2022, he began to work as a corrections consultant in matters related to federal confinement.
His previous positions with the BOP included Core Section Chief, Program Review Division, Program Review Branch; Correctional Services Examiner, Program Review Division, Program Review Branch; Captain, Federal Correctional Institution Fairton; and Special Investigative Agent (SIA), Metropolitan Correctional Center Chicago.
